I was dared into taking a flying lesson by my mates one Friday night. We Googled flying schools near London, and Cloudbase was by far the most affordable. We booked it there and then on my friend’s mobile phone, and Phil was even able to fit me in that Sunday! I turned up on Sunday morning and had an amazing day. I didn’t realise I would get bit by the flying bug but now I’m seriously considering lessons. Cloudbase told me I could count the hour air experience flight I had towards the 25 I need for a private pilot’s licence.

I’d never even considered an air experience day before my friends bought one for my birthday. Flying was so much fun! Will took me up in the microlight plane and talked me through everything. He calmed my nerves straight away so I could concentrate on enjoying the whole hours flying experience. The best part was when we flew over the house I grew up in! Amazing!

The most exciting and thrilling day of my life so far! Even though I felt very nervous, knowing that Will flew Airbus A320s, I knew I was in safe hands. My dream came true flying with Cloudbase Aviation but I still have dreams about the time I will return for sure.
