This video is seven minutes long and is about 7.5Mb in size. If you have a fast Internet connection you can just click on the link to watch the video. If this doesn't work, or if you have a modem, then save the video to your local disk first by right-clicking on the link and choosing "Save Target As". When you've saved the file, start Windows Media Player then open the file from there. If it's an older version of Media Player it may need to go online to fetch the appropriate codec to interpret the video file. This will only happen the first time you play it.
